Taste- Just hard to drink. It really was. My face made a funny look after every sip. Women; if you buy these because they cool womanly and you think they have a refreshing green tea raspberry taste you are gullible and stupid. Stick with your 8 cups of coffee.

Buzz- You would easily get more of a buzz with one cup of coffee. 70 mgs caffeine. 57 mgs EGCG which isn't shit. A cup of fresh brewed green tea has approximately 200. 30% rda vitamin c and 20% calcium.
