Energy for the dumb founded.Taste- I'm sure you guys have had peach mango V8 splash or fusion. That's what this is. Mostly mango accents with a slight hint of carrot juice at the end. It does have half of your daily value of fruits and veggies. That's a good enough reason right there to drink it and you really can only taste fruit juice although I'm no fanatic on boring ol' fruit juice.
